Teach For Armenia is led by a team of builders, educators, and operators who believe that nation-building is a discipline, not a slogan.
Our team brings together former teachers, public servants, policy thinkers, and systems leaders - many of them alumni of the Teach For Armenia National Service Program itself. They have taught in Armenia’s classrooms, worked alongside school leaders and communities, and understand firsthand the realities of public education across the country.
What unites us is a shared standard: excellence in service. We operate with urgency, accountability, and long-term commitment, because the work we do shapes the future of the Republic. From recruiting and training teacher-leaders, to supporting schools, to building national partnerships, our team works every day to ensure that talent, resources, and leadership are directed where they are needed most.
