5 Weeks

Pre-Service Training

We do not place people in classrooms and hope for the best. We prepare Teacher-Leaders with the seriousness the work requires.

Before entering the classroom, Teacher-Leaders complete a rigorous foundational training phase designed to build strong habits and professional readiness.

Leadership Academy

A high-intensity, high-expectation training experience that functions like leadership formation, not orientation. By the end, Teacher-Leaders don't just feel ready. They've been tested, coached, and shaped.
